The jOURNEY

Maria Kepinski is a professional photographer with a passion for empowering women through her work. Her journey in photography took a significant turn when she moved back to Oslo from New York City and started taking photos of herself during a challenging time. This experience helped her realize her own photogenic potential and sparked the creation of her project, Empower Women. Maria's goal is to help her clients feel strong, sexy, and empowered, whether for their own satisfaction or as a gift to a loved one.

One of her most memorable moments came from a 50-year-old client who, despite her initial nervousness, felt transformed after a session with Maria and said, "I feel like Heidi Klum." This compliment perfectly captures Maria's mission to make every woman feel like a queen.

With a bachelor's degree in photography from the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) in New York, Maria has been shooting professionally since 2005. Originally from Norway with Polish roots, she has received numerous awards and showcased her work in prestigious events such as Art Expo, RAW, and Photoville in New York City, as well as Ullkiden in Oslo.

Outside of photography, Maria enjoys rock climbing, traveling, and camping, although she humorously admits she's not a big hiker. She often gets tricked into hiking by friends who call it "going for a walk." Currently living in Vienna, Austria, with her black German Shepherd, Maria continues to inspire and empower through her modern take on boudoir photography, capturing the essence and beauty of all women.
